Cantina Vecchia Torre was founded by Leverano farmers six decades ago, transforming a collective vision into Salice Salentino DOC production. Based in Puglia's Salento zone, the cooperative specializes in Negroamaro and select dark-skinned grapes suited to the region's climate. Red, rosé, and white styles all exceed 12% alcohol. The winery remains open for visits and tastings, inviting visitors to experience how territorial distinctiveness shapes these wines at their source.
