In the Trevigiano area, the Cantina Sociale di Orsago operates as a cooperative, overseeing access to two distinct DOCG territories. Through Lison, the Tai grape translates into mineral and versatile white wines, supported by a minimum of 12% alcohol and a precision that defines their character even before the vintage. On the red wine front, Piave Malanotte marks the most ambitious commitment: the Raboso grape, aged for at least thirty-six months, builds structure and an earthy depth that requires time in the glass to open up. The two denominations thus outline a double register—mineral and white on one side, tannic and long-lived on the other—both governed by the same collective hand.
