CANTINA SOCIALE DI RIVALTA BORMIDA S.C.A.

From its arched structure in the Alessandria area, Cantina Sociale di Rivalta Bormida works with three denominations that define the identity of Monferrato. All are DOCG and cover a precise range: from the restricted area of Castagnole Monferrato comes the Ruchè, with its minimum alcohol content of 12.5% and its unmistakable aromatic profile; Barbera d'Asti adds its four months of mandatory aging; and Terre Alfieri completes the picture with a more vibrant character. The cooperative model is evident in its method: everything begins with the selection of grapes at the time of delivery, the initial filter that guides every subsequent choice. From there, the technical team shapes the vintages according to the classic characteristics of the region, without forcing or stylistic deviations. The result is a range faithful to the territory, where each denomination maintains its own voice instead of being flattened into a single style. It is a portrait of a choral Monferrato, built on the contributions of many and the discipline of a common direction.
