In Ziano Piacentino, on the slopes of Val Tidone, Cantina Sociale di Vicobarone embodies seven decades of cooperative winemaking. The Val Tidone IGT denomination covers nine municipalities in the Piacenza area, where Malvasia bianca aromatica, Moscato bianco, and Trebbiano romagnolo find the ideal conditions to express themselves with clarity. The winery produces mineral-driven whites, structured reds, and balanced sparkling wines, all with at least 10.5% alcohol, the result of the daily work of its member viticulturists rather than a single signature.
