In Castiglione Falletto, one of the eleven municipalities of Barolo, Cantina Terre del Barolo cooperatively unites the vineyards of many small growers. Its range covers four Piedmontese denominations: alongside Barolo—aged for at least 38 months to reach the required 13%—are Barbaresco from four municipalities, matured for 26 months, and reds from Dolcetto, with Dogliani and Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba completing the picture. These long cellar cycles test patience but reward structure and definition. The cooperative model allows growers to share resources and a collective voice, bringing the identity of individual vineyards into a collective scale without losing it. It's a way to experience, under one roof, the entire range of Nebbiolo and Dolcetto from the Langhe.
