Colli di Parma DOC

Cantine Cerdelli cultivates three hectares of vineyards on the slopes between Langhirano and Felino, where the Parma hills gather light from multiple angles, bringing Barbera, Bonarda, and Croatina to ripeness. Established in 2016, the winery is young but far from improvised: it builds upon work experiences gained both in Italy and abroad, now focused with precise attention on a single denomination, the Colli di Parma DOC. From these three grape varieties, a deliberately varied range takes shape—still reds, sparkling, and spumante—leveraging the double exposure of the land to achieve different expressions from the same base. The choice to concentrate on a single DOC speaks to a clear conviction: that in the Emilian territory, often associated with other products, it is still possible to produce meaningful wine starting from indigenous local grapes. The result is a small-scale project where typological breadth compensates for the limited hectares, and each bottle bears the mark of a carefully interpreted hillside exposure, rather than a catalog built by accumulation.
