Cantine Delibori

Cantine Delibori operates within the white wine territories of Verona, based in Calmasino di Bardolino, with production concentrated on two DOCG denominations, both linked to Soave: Recioto di Soave and Soave Superiore. Work takes place in the area of the twelve municipalities, where Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave remain the reference grape varieties. From these two grapes, the company derives opposing yet complementary registers: the dry whites of Soave Superiore, which reach at least 12% alcohol, and the concentrated passito-style versions of Recioto, where residual sugar and drying completely change the wine's pace. The volcanic character of the Northeast acts as a unifying element, imparting a mineral precision that stands up to the intensity of ripe fruit. Just two DOCGs, but sufficient to traverse the distance separating a crisp table white from a sweet dessert wine, all while staying within the same family of grapes.
