Cantine Giglio Sas di Giglio Tommaso & C.

Four generations of the Giglio family have built Cantine Giglio in Mazara del Vallo, in the province of Trapani, with Tommaso now at the helm alongside his children Marco and Mariagrazia. The winery focuses on indigenous Sicilian grape varieties—Nero d'Avola and Perricone at the forefront—expressed in reds, whites, and rosés that interpret the same land from different angles. Production spans two regional denominations, Sicilia DOC and Sicilia IGP, which establish the origin parameters and a minimum alcohol threshold of 12%. These are two frameworks for the same Trapanese landscape: one more rigorous in its regulations, the other more open, both anchored to the warm character of the island.
