Cantine Pavan

Cantine Pavan has been producing Prosecco in the Conegliano Valdobbiadene area since 1919, within the sole denomination that defines their work. The family oversees the entire cycle, from grape to bottled wine, blending the most up-to-date equipment with the fragrant characteristics of Venetian tradition, maintaining authenticity as a hallmark throughout a century of activity. In the vineyard, Glera coexists with Verdiso and local heritage grape varieties like Bianchetta trevigiana and Perera, which contribute to their white, frizzante, and spumante wines. A hundred years of family management are evident in the continuity of their method rather than in a superficial narrative. The winery is open for visits and tastings: those passing through the Alta Marca can stop to witness the journey from grape to glass firsthand and sample this range directly at the cellar.
