Cantine Polvanera

From a cellar carved eight meters deep into the limestone rock of Gioia del Colle, in the province of Bari, Filippo Cassano runs a family business rooted in generations of viticultural work. Here, winemaking takes place within a single denomination, Gioia del Colle DOC, expressed through Primitivo, Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Negroamaro to produce reds, rosés, and whites. The register is one of technical rigor placed at the service of territorial expression, without one prevailing over the other.
