Cantine Soria Sas Di Giovine Roselda

In Calosso, within the area of the fifty-one municipalities of Asti DOCG, Cantine Soria focuses its work on sparkling wines from Moscato bianco and other aromatic white grape varieties. The choice is one of specialization: not the entire range, but spumante in its two grammars, the traditional and the metodo classico, each aged for at least one month and with a minimum alcohol content of 11.5%. This dual approach to sparkling wine production is the distinctive feature of the house and, at the same time, a declaration of intent: to engage with one of Piedmont's most recognizable denominations by exploring it in depth rather than breadth. In a region that has made aromatic whites its signature, Soria carves out a clear presence, built on the difference between two ways of creating bubbles from the same grape heritage.
