In Bedizzole, in the Brescia area near Lake Garda, Cristina Inganni has cultivated just under 8 hectares organically since 2014. Cantrina's philosophy rejects fixed schemes: vineyard and cellar operate as a creative exercise, shaped by the character of the territory and its inhabitants. Three denominations underpin their offering—San Martino della Battaglia DOC, Riviera del Garda Classico DOC, and Benaco Bresciano IGT—covering diverse styles: white wines from Tocai and Chardonnay, and reds led by Groppello, a versatile grape that pairs well with fish and is also excellent as an aperitif. From this restricted yet articulated map emerges a personal interpretation of the Brescian side of the lake. The winery welcomes visitors and tasters year-round: a stop in Bedizzole is the most direct way to explore these three denominations and understand how, between Garda and Morena, wines that defy formulas are born.
