Capanna di Cencioni takes its roots from Giuseppe Cencioni's commitment in the 1960s, when bottling first began on the Montosoli slopes north of Montalcino. A founding member of the Brunello di Montalcino Consortium in 1966, Giuseppe shaped the estate's direction across four generations now. Today, Patrizio and Amedeo oversee 25 hectares, managing both vineyard and cellar work directly. The winery crafts Toscano IGT reds, whites, and rosés from Sangiovese, Trebbiano Toscano, and Canaiolo Nero, balancing inherited methods with measured innovation. Visitors discover how three generations of winemaking philosophy endure.
