Capichera

Nestled on the granite slopes of Arzachena, in Gallura, Capichera was born from a brilliant intuition: in the late 1970s, the Ragnedda family chose to vinify Vermentino as a single varietal, a practice almost unheard of at the time. This pioneering gamble launched decades of dedicated work, entirely focused on quality in the vineyard and cellar, with the declared ambition of measuring these white wines against the world's greatest. Today, the winery remains faithful to a single denomination, Vermentino di Gallura DOCG, which it offers in still white, sparkling, and frizzante versions. Each bottle clearly expresses the signature of the Gallura terroir: the granite, the light, and the wind that dries and concentrates the grapes. It's a rare case of identity built on a single grape variety pushed to its extreme potential.
