From Pianella, in the hills of Pescara, Capo Società Cooperativa Agricola gathers olives from its members in the Aprutino Pescarese DOP area, a territory spanning forty-six municipalities facing the Adriatic. The resulting extra virgin olive oil ranges from green to yellow and carries herbaceous notes on a contained, measured rather than exuberant fruitiness.
