🏡 Tastings & visitsCollio Goriziano DOC

In Cormons, on the hills of Collio Goriziano, Carlo di Pradis has cultivated the same vineyards for three generations. The winery was founded in 1937 by grandfather Gigi and is now run by brothers Boris and David, who combine inherited winemaking practices with a strong environmental focus: solar energy powers the cellar, and rapeseed oil fuels the tractors. A single denomination, Collio Goriziano, encompasses their work in both white and red wines, made from both indigenous and international varieties, interpreted as a reflection of the soil and seasonal trends. It is a borderland Friuli, where the area's white wine vocation coexists with personal choices, and each wine bears the mark of the vintage rather than a fixed formula. The cellar door remains open: here, visitors can meet the winemakers in person, glass in hand, and taste the range directly where it is produced. A direct invitation to stop and experience the story firsthand.
