Casa Vinicola Bennati has been interpreting the wines of Val Tramigna since 1920, when Antonio and Annibale Bennati founded the cantina. Today, the estate crafts Recioto di Soave DOCG—a passito and spumante expression of Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave—alongside Soave Superiore DOCG, both from the 12-municipality zone near Verona. Both reach minimum 12.0% alcohol. Visitors are welcome to discover how three generations have translated this volcanic terroir into bottles.
