Casa Vinicola Zaramella

In Cadoneghe, in the province of Padova, Casa Vinicola Zaramella operates within the Custoza DOC area, which brings together nine Venetian municipalities. The company bases its method on the search for the most suitable terroirs and a rigorous selection of grape varieties, which are then blended into the typical white of the denomination: Garganega, Trebbiano Toscano, and Bianca Fernanda. From this blend, the different versions of Custoza are born—classico, superiore, and riserva—each with a minimum alcohol content of eleven percent and a profile that evolves with increasing structure. It is a Venetian-style white, built on the encounter of multiple grapes rather than a single variety, where the balance of the blend is as important as the choice of the parcel.
