Casa Vinicola Zonin operates across the wine and olive-growing territories of Sicily, where the denomination — in its dual form of Sicilia DOC and Sicilia IGP — extends over three hundred and ninety-one municipalities. This scale allows access to a broad spectrum of grape varieties: indigenous ones like Nero d'Avola and Nerello Mascalese alongside international ones such as Syrah, crafted into reds, whites, and rosés held to rigorous alcohol standards. Wine is complemented by extra virgin olive oil, which here is not an appendix but part of the same interpretation of the terroir: Zonin oils meet strict criteria for polyphenol content and bring to the glass those green tomato aromas that mark the Sicilian olive oil imprint. Between two denominations and two supply chains, the company presents the image of an island interpreted on a vast scale, where the same protected geography nurtures both the vine and the olive tree.
