🏡 Tastings & visitsVino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG

On the slopes of Montepulciano, in the province of Siena, Casale Daviddi is rooted in clay and limestone soils that shape the Sangiovese grape, here called Prugnolo gentile. From these grapes comes Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, a red wine built on time: at least twenty-four months of aging before reaching the table, the necessary margin for the grape variety to develop depth, texture, and definition. With an alcohol content around 12.5%, these wines seek balance more than power, measuring tannic structure with the elegance that distinguishes the best interpretations of the denomination. It's a profile that speaks of human craftsmanship as much as the soil, and reflects a Tuscan territory accustomed to long-lived wines. The winery opens its doors to visitors: a stop in Montepulciano allows for direct tasting on site, in the cellar, where the Nobile takes shape.
