Casale dello Sparviero

Born from an ancient monastic settlement and later becoming a farm, Casale dello Sparviero is now run by the Andrighetti family. The estate is located in the lower part of Castellina in Chianti, between Monteriggioni and Florence, within the Chianti Classico area: a single denomination, to which the house entrusts its entire production. The reds are born from Sangiovese and other red grape varieties suitable for the Tuscan hills, in compliance with the regulations governing the appellation.
