Cascina Albano

From Barbaresco, in the province of Cuneo, Cascina Albano focuses on a single denomination: the Roero DOCG, which stretches across nineteen municipalities where Nebbiolo and Arneis coexist as protagonists. From this pair of grape varieties, the winery produces a range that includes reds, whites, and sparkling wines, with a minimum aging of twenty months to ensure the structural complexity required by the denomination. The work of Cascina Albano places the narrative of the territory at the heart of every label: each wine is conceived as a vehicle of local identity and transmitted family knowledge, rather than as an isolated product. Ethical principles also guide the management of the vineyards, applied to the daily work in the fields.
