In Neviglie, in the province of Cuneo, Cascina Baricchi oversees four DOCG denominations that trace an almost complete map of Langhe red wines. The Nebbiolo terroirs of Barolo and Barbaresco are the pinnacle of their work: here, the winery focuses on long aging, even decades, to allow the tannic structure and aromatic complexity to find their complete form without forcing.
