Cascina Cerutti

Cascina Cerutti began in the 1930s under Enrico Cerutti and his son Giovanni, growing vines in Cassinasco's cool, sandy hills near the Langa Astigiana. Bottling started in the 1960s, establishing their foundation for quality. Today, the estate cultivates six hectares producing Alta Langa DOCG spumante and spumante rosato from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, with minimum 30 months aging. Since the late 1990s, the winery has adhered to Piedmont's Integrated Agriculture protocol, progressively adopting agronomic practices that prioritize environmental stewardship alongside fine sparkling wine craftsmanship.
