CASCINA CIUCHE' di Dogliotti Angelo

🏡 Tastings & visitsBarbera d'Asti DOCGRuchè di Castagnole Monferrato DOCGTerre Alfieri DOCG

Cascina Ciuché di Dogliotti Angelo distributes its twenty-one hectares across three Piemontese DOCG denominations: Barbera d'Asti, Terre Alfieri, and Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato. Angelo inherited its management in 1996; today, his son Enrico leads, and the family continuity is evident in a rigorous selection of vineyards. The result is full-bodied reds, each linked to a precise identity: the Barbera that rests for at least four months, the Nebbiolo of Terre Alfieri, and the aromatic, territorial Ruchè. Three denominations mean three distinct styles held together by the same hand: the structure of Asti Barbera, the finesse of Nebbiolo, the spicy profile of Ruchè, a rare grape variety found only in a small corner of Monferrato. The winery remains continuously open to visitors: a stop allows you to taste the three wines side by side and understand how a single estate navigates such distinct identities, the fruit of three generations dedicated to vineyard work.
