Cascina Fiorenza

In Canale, Cascina Fiorenza gradually embraced viticulture: first traditional fermentations and vegetable gardening, then, with successive generations, the expansion of vineyards and clientele. Today, the focus is a single denomination, Roero DOCG, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site and stretching between the Langhe and Monferrato. Under this label, two souls coexist: Nebbiolo, which yields the red wine, and Arneis, which defines the white, central to the offering. Other local labels gravitate around them, but it is Roero that dictates the winery's identity, with aging periods of at least twenty months and alcohol levels around 12.5%. Technical precision and inherited family knowledge go hand in hand, with neither prevailing over the other.
