Cascina Principe–Vacca operates in Neive, a hub for Langhe Nebbiolo, overseeing two of the area's most renowned denominations: Barbaresco and Barolo, the latter aged for thirty-eight months before release. Alongside these long-aging reds, the winery cultivates Dolcetto — Diano d'Alba and Dogliani — which balance the pace with a more agile structure and immediate drinkability that requires no waiting.
