Casina di Cornia

In 1979, Antoine and Francine chose Castellina in Chianti and tied their future to this corner of the `Gallo Nero` territory. Since then, management has passed to their children, Anselmo and Julien, without interruption: the same mission, to produce organic wines with a clear character, spans two generations of the same family. A single denomination encapsulates their work, `Chianti Classico DOCG`, built on `Sangiovese` and the grape varieties that traditionally accompany it. These are red wines that bear the mark of decades of mindful viticulture, where the organic choice is not an added label but the very way of being in the vineyard. The estate evolves while maintaining the strong roots planted forty years ago, and those who visit Castellina will find a welcoming atmosphere: a visit allows one to see firsthand how agronomic consistency and the identity of `Sangiovese` can grow together, vintage after vintage, without shortcuts.
