Castello operates in Vidor, at the heart of Treviso's rolling vineyard landscape, where the Prosecco appellation spans fifteen municipalities. The producer works within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG framework, cultivating indigenous grapes—Glera as the foundation, alongside Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga. These varieties reach optimal ripeness on the region's steep, well-drained slopes, yielding wines across the full spectrum: still whites, frizzante, and fully sparkling expressions, each meeting the appellation's strict 10.5% alcohol minimum.
