Castelveder

Castelveder, founded in 1975 by Renato Alberti and Elena Nulli in Monticelli Brusati, exemplifies multigenerational continuity in the heart of Franciacorta. Today, grandchildren Francesco and Camilla steward the estate with the same commitment to terroir that launched the winery. Their Franciacorta DOCG spumanti and rosati—aged 18 months minimum from Chardonnay, Pinot nero, Pinot bianco, and Erbamat—are cellared in arched underground chambers carved into white maiolica. The cellar's cool depths allow each bottle to mature on its lees with meticulous patience, developing complexity and precision that define the house style.
