CAVALLOTTO TENUTA BRICCO BOSCHIS S.S.A

Castiglione Falletto · Province of Cuneo · Piemonte

Barbaresco DOCGBarolo DOCGDogliani DOCG+1

Four generations of Cavallotto have tended Bricco Boschis since 1928, establishing themselves as pioneering estate bottlers in post-war Piedmont. Today, Laura, Giuseppe, and Alfio release only declassified fruit from their Castiglione Falletto vineyards across Barolo, Barbaresco, and Dolcetto DOCG denominations. Their Barolo demands 38 months of aging, while Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, rooted in a single municipality, expresses the lighter Dolcetto varietal at minimum 12 percent alcohol—a counterpoint to their heavier reds.
