Cavarena Soc. Agr. di Rama Sergio e Guglielmi Cristina

Cavarena operates a three-and-a-half-hectare family farm in Fumane's upper hills, where Corvina and Rondinella vines grow alongside olives. Every task—pruning to harvest to bottling—happens by hand, on the estate, yielding just 7,000 to 8,000 bottles annually of wine born from grapes that never leave the property. This scale and commitment transform Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG and Recioto della Valpolicella DOCG into rare, methodical expressions of two profound DOCG styles.
