Cave des Onze Communes

Since 1990, Cave des Onze Communes has anchored winemaking in Valle d'Aosta through collective action. What began with 86 founding members has expanded to 170 producers managing 63 hectares across the region. The cooperative channels this scale into precision: each Les Chevaliers vintage selects the lowest-yield parcels and ages bottled selections for 18 months in tonneau, releasing limited editions that capture a single year's terroir expression across Torrette, Petite Arvine, and other DOC varieties.
