Cavim

Cavim produces Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto DOCG across eleven municipalities of Emilia-Romagna's rolling hills. The winery works with Grechetto gentile and selected white-berried varieties native to the region, crafting still whites, frizzante, and spumante that each reach a minimum 11.5% alcohol. This geographic specificity—bound to a defined terroir—shapes every bottle, from bone-dry table wines to sparkling expressions that capture the character of the Bologna foothills.
