Since 1966, Caviro has anchored itself in Faenza's wine heritage, transforming grapes into three distinct DOCG expressions: Colli Bolognesi Pignoletto, Romagna Albana, and Pinot Grigio delle Venezie. The winery's cooperative model unites over 11,500 growers across multiple territories, channeling their yields into wines ranging from crisp biancos to elegant spumanti. Today, Caviro channels vineyard waste into renewable energy and soil nutrients—a closed-loop philosophy where every grape skin and stem recirculates into production or land regeneration.
