Since 1937, Ceretto has stewarded the Langhe through generations, translating territorial intimacy into four protected denominations: Barbaresco and Barolo from Nebbiolo, Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, and Dogliani. The house shifted toward environmental stewardship two decades ago, securing organic certification in 2015. Ceretto's portfolio spans the region's altitude gradients—from the concentrated, age-demanding reds of Barolo's 11 municipalities to the lighter Dolcetto expressions—each wine a reflection of hillside choice and vintage patience rather than formulaic production.
