Paolo Cernetig farms across three of Friuli's most demanding designations—Ramandolo, Rosazzo, and Colli Orientali del Friuli Picolit—from his base in Premariacco. Harvest here demands precision: every vine receives hand attention from pruning through picking, steered by sustainable practice. In the cellar, each variety—from Verduzzo Giallo to Picolit—ferments under selected yeasts chosen to unlock its terroir signature. The result rests on its own lees, turned regularly, before bottling captures months of careful aging in stainless steel.
