Cerri Celso operates from Dogliani in Cuneo, Piedmont, where the steep terrain of the region demands precision viticulture. The producer specializes in four DOCG designations: Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba and Dogliani showcase the indigenous Dolcetto grape with mineral clarity, while Barbaresco and Barolo exemplify the complexity of Nebbiolo. Aging requirements—26 months for Barbaresco, 38 for Barolo—reflect the depth and structure these wines develop. Each bottling expresses the distinct microclimates of their respective production zones across the Alba-Asti hills.
