From its origins in 1870, Cerri has anchored its craft to a simple principle: sourcing the finest fresh milk from across Piedmont's dairy heartland. Based in Buronzo, the producer channels decades of accumulated knowledge into its Gorgonzola DOP, transforming pasteurised whole cow's milk into wheels marked by distinctive blue-green veining. This blue cheese, produced in both mild and other expressions, sits alongside cream, butter, yoghurt and gelato—each the fruit of methods refined across five generations within Italy's protected denomination zone.
