The producer focuses on the region's signature varieties: Dolcetto, from which emerge both Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba and Dogliani expressions, and Nebbiolo, channelled into Barbaresco and Barolo. These latter require extended cellaring—26 and 38 months respectively—to develop the depth and complexity expected at DOCG level. This structured approach to terroir-driven winemaking reflects the precision demanded by Piedmont's most exacting standards.
