Gabriella Certelli operates in Lapedona, in the heart of Fermo's Marche territory, where she produces Agnello del Centro Italia IGP, a protected lamb designation spanning 1,403 municipalities across central Italy. Her animals are milk-fed initially, then transitioned to pasture grazing, yielding carcasses classified as light, heavy, or castrated according to strict PGI standards. This multi-stage rearing approach anchors her production in a region where shepherding traditions sustain both terroir and animal welfare.
