Cerutti Azienda Agricola traces its roots to the 1930s, when founder Enrico Cerutti began cultivating vines in Cassinasco's sandy hillside terroir. Bottling commenced in the 1960s under the family's continued stewardship. Today, the estate manages six hectares producing Ruchè di Castagnole Monferrato, Terre Alfieri, and Barbera d'Asti—three Piedmontese DOCG expressions shaped by the cool climate and mineral-rich soils surrounding the cascina. Since 1997, integrated agriculture protocols guide production, evolving toward heightened environmental responsibility across the vineyard.
