Today, the family firm, based in Canelli, channels that founding spirit into vermut di Torino IGP and a curated portfolio—from Amaro del Centenario to Gin GAM7.2—that honours both craft tradition and contemporary taste. Since 2019, their estate Tenuta la Bacca cultivates juniper and key botanicals on-site, anchoring production to terroir and intent.
