Chionetti traces five generations through Dogliani's slopes, starting with Giuseppe in 1912. The estate pioneered single-vineyard Dolcetto bottlings in the 1950s, then documented individual plots on labels—a practice few Piedmont producers adopted so early. Today, Nicola Chionetti vinifies from those same parcels, recently adding Barolo production to the portfolio. Dolcetto di Diano d'Alba, Dogliani, Barbaresco, and Barolo showcase how consistent terroir and winemaking philosophy withstand a century of vintages.
