Cielo e Terra's roots run back to 1908, when the founding family acquired Casa Defrà, a small vineyard estate near Vicenza's Romeo and Juliet Castles. Today the winery draws on this lineage and the expertise of Cantine dei Colli Berici cooperators, crafting Soave Superiore and Recioto di Soave across the twelve-municipality denomination. The Veneto terroir—sheltered by the Piccole Dolomiti and close to the sea—yields pristine Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave, processed into crisp whites and luscious passito styles, each exceeding 12% alcohol by regulation.
