Cima operates in Massa-Carrara, at the northern edge of Tuscany where marble mountains meet Mediterranean slopes. The estate works within Candia dei Colli Apuani DOC, a compact zone spanning three municipalities known for mineral-driven white wines. Vermentino forms the backbone of their range—crisp varietals and blends that capture the region's limestone terroir. Beyond still expressions, Cima explores frizzante and rosso styles, each reaching the zone's minimum 10.5% alcohol threshold with characteristic precision and restraint.
