Cociancig operates from Pradis, a hamlet in Cormons at the heart of Collio Goriziano, where white wines dominate the limestone-clay soils. The producer works with the zone's signature varieties—Friulano, Pinot grigio, Ribolla gialla, and aromatic grapes like Traminer—crafting Collio DOC whites and occasional reds that reflect the terroir's mineral character. At 11.5% minimum alcohol, these wines balance freshness with structure, anchored in Friuli's northeast tradition.
