Col Miotin

In the heart of Pieve di Soligo, Col Miotin rises from UNESCO's Prosecco hillsides, where terraced vineyards form a natural amphitheater. Founded in the early 1900s, the family estate witnessed a decisive turn in 2010 when Antonio returned from the furniture sector to craft Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG full-time. Working with Glera and complementary local varieties—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, and others—the winery produces frizzante and spumante that capture the territorial character of these storied slopes.
