Col Pare' works in Tarzo, within the historic Conegliano Valdobbiadene zone that spans 15 municipalities across Treviso's rolling hills. The producer crafts Prosecco DOCG from Glera and its traditional companions—Verdiso, Bianchetta trevigiana, Perera, and Glera lunga—across three distinct styles: still white, frizzante, and spumante. Each carries minimum 10.5% alcohol, marking the threshold of the denomination. Visitors can explore the vineyard setting and taste directly from barrel to bottle, discovering how terroir and varietal blend define northern Veneto's sparkling signature.
