Today, Fabio Sabatini carries forward this multi-generational commitment, focusing on Montefalco Sagrantino DOCG in the heart of Umbria's five-municipality zone. The winery's portfolio includes both the austere Sagrantino rosso and the concentrated passito style, each aged a minimum of 37 months to achieve their distinctive character.
